Here's exactly where your $39.75 goes. Florida law requires every approved BDI provider to send $2.50 per completed student to the Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles — we collect that amount and pass it straight through to the state. The $32.30 certificate fee pays for preparing your official completion certificate and making it available to download once you finish the course.

Standard certificate processing is included and is ready within 5 business days. If you're in a hurry, you can pick a faster option in the add-ons above — 2 business days for $9.95 or same day for $19.95 — but neither is required.

Whether this course can be used to remove points or satisfy a requirement is decided by the court or the DHSMV, not by us, so please confirm you're eligible and notify your Clerk of Court before any deadline. You can request a refund any time before you start the course; once you begin, the fee is non-refundable, and the $2.50 state portion can't be refunded after it's been sent to the state.
