These terms apply to CheapestChoiceTrafficSchool.com (“Cheapest Choice Traffic School”), which is operated by Cheapest Choice Online Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
1. The course
We offer a Florida 4-hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI) course, taken 100% online and self-paced on a phone, tablet or computer. You must complete the required course time and pass the final exam (80% or better) to finish. Retakes of the exam are free.
Whether the course can be used to dismiss points or meet a requirement is decided by the court or the Florida DHSMV, not by us. Confirm that you are eligible and notify your Clerk of Court before any deadline.

- Verified Specialist Insurance add-on (a specialist checks that your certificate is complete and filed correctly): +$9.99
None of the extras are required. You see your final total at checkout before you pay. Clerk of court election fees and court costs are separate and are paid to the court, not to us.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Refund policy
Refunds available any time before you start the course; the state fee cannot be refunded after remittance.
5. Privacy
We collect what we need to run the course and report your completion: your name, email address, billing address, the Florida driver and citation details the state asks for, and your course progress and exam results. Payment card details go to Stripe.
We use this information only to provide the course, issue your certificate, report your completion to the Florida DHSMV, and contact you about your enrollment. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Certificate reporting
When you finish the course, your completion certificate is reported to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) within the filing time you chose (standard, expedited, or instant). Please make sure the information you give us matches your driver license and citation, because mistakes can delay reporting.
